My free call is an informal chat via Zoom. The call gives you an opportunity to get some clarity around your current challenges and goals. It also gives you the chance to feel if we're a good fit for each other. When you invest your time and money, it's really important that it feels right. And if it doesn't, that's fine too.

Just about everyone! We are all leaders in many ways and everything starts with us! Whether you are leading as a parent, a partner, a colleague, a business leader, I help you navigate the human side of leadership so that you can communicate clearly, build trust, and lead in a way people respond to in a positive and engaging way. We all have different challenges and goals, and my approach is to meet my you where you are at right now. There is no need to prepare anything, you may not even be clear on what you need help with. Mentoring isn’t about being told what to do; it’s about being seen, supported, and gently guided by someone who’s been there.

As with most things, the more effort and presence we put into something, the better results we'll get. To get the most out of the mentoring support, I'd recommend to spend some time and practice both during and in between our sessions. This is not a quick fix approach but a daily lifestyle choice that needs mindful practice.
