The most efficient approach is to attend the practical and proven Self-Leadership (Circular Communication) training to learn and integrate the new skills, followed by a few mentoring sessions to practise and cement the new learnings into your daily life.
3. Clients typically book 1 session per week/every other week and spend time studying and practising their new skills in between sessions.
I work with clients from around the world and my working hours are based on Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). My working languages are English and Swedish.
