The Connected Leadership Programme is a small, reflective live online group designed to support thoughtful, real-life change.
It's a supportive space to lead with greater clarity, connection, and ease both at work and at home.

4 live online sessions, each 75 minutes

Maximum of 10 participants to allow depth, trust, and meaningful dialogue

A calm, confidential space for reflection, learning, and shared insight

Based on a proven and practical communication framework

Real situations from work and home form the basis of our conversations

Between sessions, you’ll be supported by tools to notice and apply what’s emerging (not homework, just gentle prompts)

Option to add a 60 minute 1:1 mentoring session at the end of the programme
