Bridging the Leadership Gap

In a recent appearance on the Working With Languages podcast, I talked about how modern leadership and communication has changed. Not only the way it's vocalised but more so how it's experienced by leaders and those who are lead.


Today, good and effective communication is based on how well we can express ourselves to make our audience feel heard and understood, how they can feel included and valued and how our leadership is actually experienced, irrespective of our intention.
