It's finally here!

6 months ago, almost to the day, I had an idea. Born out of gratitude to plan my day freely based on my needs that particular day, I was enjoying the warm sunny weather in our garden, and I decided there and then to start a podcast.

I had been inspired by some amazing women around me and that day it became the next given thing for me to do.

From absolutely no Podcasting skills...

I knew nothing about podcasting (apart from being a listener myself).

I could have researched, planned and perfected how to best create and start a podcast for months, but I felt so strongly to keep the momentum going so, instead I just jotted down a few questions, picked up my laptop, borrowed our sons microphone - and got going!

To the best thing I've done in a very long time!

The other day I launched my podcast Women don't Rush where I'm speaking to women entrepreneurs, artists, healers, and passion-driven life lovers from all over the world about joy, courage, vulnerability, choices and gifts - how to follow our passions with trust in ourselves.

I'm so grateful for being part of such a supportive and loving community of women who are wonderfully generous, talented, and inspirational! It's truly one of the best projects I've put my mind too and I'm so excited to be the channel for so many amazing women around the world believing in the good.

Making this podcast is such a big part of what I believe in and what I have to offer - the importance of how we communicate with ourselves and others. I hope you'll enjoy the episodes as much as I am!
